LightMix® JAK2 Exon 12 mutation screening

Kit with reagents for the detection of iJAK2 exon12 mutations in codons 537-544 in genomic DNA using the Roche Diagnostics LightCycler® 2.0 / 480 or cobas z 480 Analyzer. This kit does not detect the V617F mutation located in exon 14. Lyophilized mix of primers and probes for a total of 96 reactions with a final volume of 20 μl each.
