Kit with reagents for the detection of BRAF 600 mutations in genomic DNA using the Roche Diagnostics LightCycler® 1.x / 2.0 / 480 / 480 II or cobas z 480 Analyzer. Lyophilized mix of primers and probes for a total of 96 reactions (two assays each 3 x 16 reactions) to analyze 48 samples and controls with a final volume of 20 μl each. These reagents were developed and manufactured by TIB MOLBIOL GmbH. For research-use (RUO) only.
