LightMix® Lactose Intolerance

Kit with reagents for the detection of the C-13910T DNA variation and detection of futher variations, in particular C-13907G, T-13913C, and T-13915G, in the MCM6 gene using the Roche Diagnostics LightCycler® 1.x / 2.0 / 480 / 480 II / Nano or cobas z 480 Analyzer. Lyophilized mix of primers and probes for a total of 64 reactions with a final volume of 10 μl each.These reagents were developed and manufactured by TIB MOLBIOL GmbH.
