Box with reagents for 2'304 PCR reactions 20 μl for detection of Sarbecovirus RNA [lyophilized]. Mix of ModularDx kits 53-0776 SARS-CoV E-gene and 66-0909 EAV. No repeat evaluation required. Instructions for Roche 480 instruments. LightCycler® 96 give similar results. Identification of SARS-CoV-2 can be made with LightCycler 480 instruments only. Other instruments not tested. These reagents were developed and manufactured by TIB MOLBIOL GmbH.
