Kit for relative quantification of bcr-abl t(9;22) fusion transcript versus Abl1 (cDNA); detection of exon a2 of Abl1 and optional discrimination of common bcr-abl breakpoints using the Roche Diagnostics LightCycler® 1.x / 2.0 / 480 / 480 II, cobas z 480 Analyzer or Nano (MyGo).
