Kit with reagents for 96 PCR reactions 20 μl for genotyping of SARS-CoV-2 RNA [lyophilized]. Instructions for Roche 480 instruments. LightCycler® 96 give similar results. Identification of SARS-CoV-2 can be made with LightCycler 480 instruments only. Other instruments not tested. These reagents were developed and manufactured by TIB MOLBIOL GmbH.
